Titles of the pieces are:

1. Quassi Ballata

2. Appasionata

3. Un poco triste

4. Burlesque

Burlesque has been recorded by Milstein, Zimbalist, Ricci and others, but only "complete" set I have is by Ginette Neveu, with her brother Jean Neveu at the piano.

There's a recording from the '70s by Nilla Pierrout, which might be available at some library. But then there's a CD ("Curiosa") which was released maybe two years ago and still very available from Chamber Sound (chambersound@swipnet.se; unfortunaltely I don't think you can find it at Amazon or places like that) by Wieska Szymczynska and Benedicte Haid. It's good and has all the four pieces on it.
