Bow in Goodwill Auction: Recognize the Stamp?

A lot with a violin and 2 bows sold last night in a Goodwill auction for considerably more than I would have expected for the violin alone. I suspect that the bidding was on this bow. Anybody recognize the stamp?

IDK, the violin looks like a better product than that bow, definitely more serviceable.  But yeah its still a lot for that violin. Maybe its the other bow that you should look at.

I couldn't see anything distinguishing about the other bow in the pictures. It seems like $2k is a lot for that violin (though it looks nice), which is why I was wondering about that bow. (I was not a bidder, BTW.)
