Anybody recognize this violin/case duo?

The case in particular is very unique, at least I haven't seen a similar one before.  Leather covered coffin case with a deep felt lining.  Does not seem very old.  Neither does the violin.  Which is attractive but brutally antiqued.

Looking for the luthier, workshop, nationality, era.
