I would like to know how much this violin is worth? It is from Italy, 1917.02.19. The photo does not show who made it.

edgework and outline look much like Dolling violins from the 1930's+/-. Can't answer your question with this quality of photographs. A blurry set of pics can hide many things.

The name at the label seems to read "Vivaldi", who unlikely was the maker. I agree that it looks like some 1920/30s Markneukirchen with a very spurious label. The printing probably said "made in Germany", the last word scratched out and corrected to Italy by an unknown hand.
