Information about this Hopf violin?

What can you tell me about this full size Hopf?  There is no label or markings inside.

It looks similar to many HOPF-stamped violins that I have seen, but in better condition than most.  I think the fingerboard should be replaced if the violin will be played.

at least they didn't ream out the peg holes to fit the pegs!

I dont know much about violins, but they do look a little long, lol.

I like the wood and color.  Depending on the sound you are looking for and style of music playing it might have a nice sound with a little work.

Looks the scroll didn't make it past 4 o'clock.

Otherwise pretty good condition for what it is though.

If it’s like my Hopf the bass bar will be carved out of the top and be about as long as the f holes.
