I saw this bow, and remembering that under the Bernardel brand there were many mediocre Mirecourt bows, but also some good makers who made bows with this branding—could this be one of them? The head looks quite interesting.

There were some good makers who worked for Gand & Bernardel, but to my knowledge all Leon Bernardel bows are Mirecourt trade bows sold by the Couesnon firm.
