They are not representing this as a Hill bow. Just a bow stamped as such.  It is a nice gold mounted (karat weight unknown) A very nice bow, but most likely not a Hill.  Possibly a higher end Chinese.

Of the dozens of violin and viola bows shown in the Corzio archive, only one violin bow has a frog with a round corner in the back. So perhaps that is enough to raise a likely-correct suspicion that it is not an authentic Hill bow.

I didn’t think it could be a Hill. Just wondering what folks thought it might be. The estimate is too low even for a lower grade Hill (H&S, Hill, etc.)

This is almost certainly a Chinese bow.  Not  a Hill bow .
