Let me know if you need help to set up a subsidy in Berlin.
Renegade Violin
I don't know if I wrote earlier, but I decided to send an inquiry about this matter to the Customs Office in my city. I received an official letter from the Head of the Customs Office with a reply --- ŁÓDŹ CUSTOMS AND TAX OFFICE IN ŁÓDŹ Information regarding export to Great Britain for repair and import of a violin bow from Great Britain to the EU Sir, from January 1, 2021, the export of goods to Great Britain, i.e. outside the European Union, for repair is subject to customs formalities. Such goods should be subjected to a special outward 'processing procedure consisting' in temporary export of EU goods outside the customs territory of the European Union and subjecting them to processing there, in this case - repair. After the repair, the imported goods (repaired bow) must be subject to the procedure for admitting them to trading in Poland. Being subject to the marketing authorization procedure requires the calculation of customs and tax duties. The cost of repairing the bow will be the value from which these receivables will be calculated. (my explanation - the Customs Office does not know whether the bow will be sold after returns (and that's exactly what I want to do), so it charges customs duties on the value of the repair, because the value of the repair increased the value of my bow - therefore the calculation of this duty is absolutely correct). In order to be subject to outward processing procedures and to be released for circulation, the goods must be presented to the customs branch of the Customs and Tax Office and a customs declaration must be submitted. These activities can be performed in person or through a customs agency (my explanation - in Poland, ca. GBP 30). Additional information. GBP 120 - 2x shipment: ? - Customs Agency cost: approx. GBP 30 - customs duty and tax approx. 23% from GBP 120 But it's possible
