What is this: unlabeled old violin bow that does not have screw

I heard that the hair is tightened with some tool and it does not miss a screw. Do they make this kind of bows anymore or in what time were bows like this made? Would love to know also if this bow can possibly be rare and good. Put some photos of the violin which the seller thinks is as old as the bow:

Antonius Stradiuarius Cremonensis Faciebad Anno 17.
Made in Czechoslovakia

Of course there is just the button lost. There weren’t bows tightened with an extra tool ever, that is some odd fairy tale. And there’s also a worse warping downwards in front of the frog, indicating either a damage or some very cheap kind of wood.

I further questioned the seller and she said that there is some removable button in the screw. Removed so you would not accidentally turn it while playing. But I don't know the seller and I'm not interested of this bow anymore. Thanks.

And if believe that, I have some dehydrated water that I could sell you at a very good price.

Oh, so that you don't accidently drink it when doing the dishes, right?

I wouldn't use it for dishes, except in an emergency. It come in 12 oz. pop top cans, for drinking. The instructions say "To use, open can and add 12 oz of potable water."
