I do not know of one product that does both jobs.
For low humidity, you need something that releases moisture like a Stretto, but for high humidity, you need a desiccant pack, which is something different altogether. You might be able to find some small packs which could fit into the Stretto case.

Perhaps it is worth looking at the boveda packs for cigars.

Boveda makes two-way packs for wooden instruments which can both add or remove moisture to maintain a level of approximately 49%. If they need to add or remove a lot of moisture to maintain that relative humidity level though, they'll need to be replaced frequently, so you'll go through a lot of them.

I wouldn't use the ones they make for cigars, because these are made to push humidity to a much higher level than is appropriate for wooden stringed instruments.

Case humidifiers are a necessity in my area, with furnaces drying out the air. I haven't tried a Dampit, but I use an Oasis case humidifier. It's worked well for me. I did great research on it and read many articles of hvaclifehack, Which reminds me I've gotta put away my fiddles I normally leave out all summer. My main fiddle is always kept in a case, but my others are out on a wall, I'm guessing their pegs have slipped by now.
