Where can I find a handbook for making gut-stringed baroque-style violins?

Hi, a rapid search on Abebooks for luthier books show a few hits

but no hits on gut-stringed baroque-style violins. Does anyone have a suggestion of a good book on the measurements of baroque-styled gut stringed violins?

Shapes of the Baroque is freely available in PDF online. 
It has lots of measurements of original necks and such.

Get the 1679 (The Strad) and 1668 (National Music Museum) posters, read Roger Hargrave's articles "Period of Adjustment" and "Evolutionary Road", and Monical's Shapes of the Baroque. Otherwise it's like making any violin
