Evan Smith
How cheap and how decent, what does that mean? does color matter, ring spacing, how much flame? Or do you mean something that has the potential to give a good sound, and looks do not matter,,,,,, or not. I have piles of cheap and decent stuff. Evan,,, PILES of STUFF! I haven’t seen the wood myself, but he says it’s mostly for beginners. I’m about to order a couple of boxes from him for my first violin. https://maestronet.com/forum/index.php?/topic/349761-wood-sets-for-beginners-one-violin-100shipping/ Edit: sorry @Evan Smith I didn’t see your post before I posted! I’ll keep you in mind for future purchases as well.

Thank You for your kindness, I'm not really in the wood business, but I am willing to help when I can, I certainly remember the beginning, ,,the uncertainty, the questions, the lack of tools and the lack of wood!
