LeMarquis DeL'Air Oiseaux is a trademark invented by or ascribed to the more or less obscure maker Jean Baptiste LeMarquis (d. 1775), but it might be difficult to find any real instrument by this person. The mark was used by a lot of shops, starting with the Claudot family through the 19th century, in the following by many different Mirecourt shops till the mid 20th century or even longer. This applies to several other names becoming nothing than trademarks for industrial produced instruments, the most reknown might be Breton.

Your instrument is such a Mirecourt product dating from roughly 1900 or a bit later.
