Hello! I'm Cello Lover. Is the cello in this photo a 19th century Italian cello? What kind of cello is it? I can't judge. I would like to hear your opinions. Thank you!

Welcome to MN.  From what little I can tell from those (totally inadequate) photos, it's probably 19th. Century German.
