I ordered these 9 months ago and they came wrong from what I wanted. Nothing wrong with them and never used. 
Both make by Koymaichi and both are blue steel. 
chisel is 9mm

gouge is 9mm with a 5/6 sweep. 
 

Both $120 shipped to the lower 48
