Although I've not seen this brand on the back before, it's a fairly basic instrument, and will not be worth much.

If you are looking to buy at this level, you should expect that whatever you need to get repaired on the violin will likely cost as much as the violin is worth when finished. The repairs, set-up etc won't add much value to the instrument, it will just be useable.
This doesn't mean it can't be an OK violin for you, but these things are not the type of instrument you will ever make any money on.
