Identification Help! Paul Bailly Cello?

Looking for some guidance here, label says Paul Bailly but it looks German..

Real labels don't fade like that. Although these photos are not very clear, this cello doesn't look at all up to the level of workmanship, or quality of wood one would expect from a Bailly. Can't be sure from the photos, but looks more like Markneukirchen than Mirecourt.
