Wood Butcher
Probably most good violin shops. Or you could try Hansell.
Dwight Brown
https://www.hansellviolins.com/fittings-2-c.asp I have bought from them and I have a set of their fittings on my John Dilworth viola. They were very easy to deal with and were very nice and helpful. Their fittings are very nice. You might also look for Otto Temple fittings. They are very nice. MANFIO
I use violin pegs in my violas, they are lighter.
Wood Butcher
5 hours ago, MANFIO said: I use violin pegs in my violas, they are lighter. This depends on wood type being like for like. I just weighed several sets of violin & viola in ebony, on average violin pegs were 1.8g lighter for all four. Boxwood viola pegs were 3.6g lighter than ebony violin pegs.
