Initating sloppy work is a difficult thing to do.

However my ‘image’ of ‘clean’ del Gesu purfling corners is somehow less pointed. 
 

But anyway, nice work.

Thank you. I know what you mean, the mitres should be blunter.

I always find it hard to resist adding a bit of a sting, for otherwise it seems the purfling sits too far in from the corner, for my taste at least.

I had forgotten about this instrument.
Due to the amazing preservation, it is a good one to study for a sense of how they looked when new.
