BassClef Posted October 18, 2019 Report Posted October 18, 2019 ***CLICK ON PHOTOS FOR BETTER RESOLUTION*** If anyone’s in the area, I highly recommend checking it out. Simply stunning collection of instruments and bows. You can examine them and try them out and of course purchase them. At least 2-3 were already sold within the opening hours. I have a bunch of images to share. As usual I appreciate all input about the instruments. I also apologize in advance for any unfocused images, and if anyone catches any mistakes in terms of attribution or otherwise, please jump in. Thank you very much to Julie Reed-Yeboah, Yi-Ping Yang, George Yeboah, and the rest of the team for being gracious and helpful. It was also a treat to meet and interact with the makers. I’m just going to put this out there: The Ji Hwan Park cello was outstanding and very reasonably priced for an award winning instrument. Contact Julie’s shop for more info on any of these fine instruments. There were 4 cellos, a bunch of violins and violas, bows, and one pochette (!) with bow and custom case, a curiosity of sorts collaborated on by 2 makers, a bow maker, and a case maker.
