Lupot? Violin bow

I know this is most likely not a Lupot but I wondered if it’s possible to tell whether this is a decent bow from these photos? It’s not possible to try it before buying. I have a very basic Chinese bow so I imagine it’s probably better than mine but I don’t even know how to distinguish between decent pernambuco and brazilwood. Roughly what might it be worth spending on this and is it worth the risk?

Thanks

It's an inexpensive bow -- not pernambuco.  But it could still be a decent player.  Too bad you can't try it first, because that's the only way to know if it's the right bow for.  It looks like something I would sell for $50 to $150 after correcting anything that might be wrong with it.

If not pernambuco, what is it? It looks like brazilwood to me but I always thought brazilwood was just low quality pernambuco.
