Illegible label on Italian auction cello

I'm curious if anyone can read the following label. It's from a Milanese cello listed on Tarisio's Spring auction:

I changed the contrast/colour on the second version of the photo to help bring out some of the letters.

Andreas Guarnerius fecit Cremonæ sub (missing or cut off)

           titulo Sanctæ Teresiæ 16?? (illeggible)

 

It's clear that the cello stylistically has nothing to do with Andrea Guarneri.

Poplar or willow back, beech ribs and a walnut scroll.

It looks like that label could have been made illegible on purpose. Notice how the dirt is in a halo around just the label and no where else. This could have been simply from the dirt coming through the f holes in that circular pattern, but usually it's a bit more dispersed throughout the area than we're seeing here.
