I need help identifying a double bass bow

I purchased this bow about 20 years ago. I have not used it in twelve (carpal tunnel prevents me from playing my upright; and yes, it obviously needs rehaired). Searching online, I have found the name "Hoyer" as a bowmaker, but not "Founter". Any help as to identifying its worth or where I could find such information would be appreciated. Also recommondations on a good place to sell would be welcomed. Thanks!

Wonderful family of makers.  To sell it I would search for local reputable shops to consign, I find this to be the least stressful way to sell a bow.
