backsmith luthier

This will be the most unusual repair I have ever done... It has a few normal cracks in the top, but the buyer is planning on using it in a film shoot set in the mid 1800's  https://www.facebook.com/BlackDonnellysFilm/... the challenge is to repair the cracks without removing any of the dirt and grime. The new bridge will also have to be aged and antiqued with dirt and rosin. The blacksmith repair will of course remain as is.

All of this is kind of reverse of what I normally do! What is normal is that this is another low budget job, more like a donation.

 Cheers, Mat
