Hah, I've just been trying to figure out that guitar.  Looks like it should have a 750 scale, or twice a viola, but they say it is 742.  They don't say what it is strung up as.  eadgb, adgbe, dgcfa, gcfad?  The photo shows even strings on the two lowers.  My photo shows octave strings.  Nice.

There are a few standard tunings for Baroque guitar; various versions of aa/dd/gg/bb/ee.   The Saboniari guitar appears to be strung in the tuning where the two lowest courses are in octaves, so Aa/Dd/gg/bb/ee.  The guitar sounds great, by they way... http://www.thestrad.com/cpt-latests/rolf-lislevand-performs-the-sabionari-guitar-of-stradivarius/?utm_source=Adestra&utm_medium=email
