edi malinaric Report post Posted October 26, 2014 Hi All - as one of the students of Brian's Cape Town school, I completed Violin #1 at the age of 72 - and I wasn't the youngest in the class! The gentleman in me fails to remember Nicole's age, however I watched her, at the neighbouring workbench, complete first a cello and then a violin. If Brian hadn't moved to the States I'm sure we'd both still be in his workshop, making shavings. Thank you Brian. cheers edi
TimRobinson Report post Posted October 26, 2014 Great! 60 isn't old (I can see it coming in the distance). I'm also pleased to see the role of cats in violin making is affirmed. Tim
violinfan66 Report post Posted October 30, 2014 Almost there myself and am also pleased that cats are involved in supporting something other than the interwebs. Bill W.
