Noah Scott
We're currently in need of a large case big enough to hold 8-12 violins for exhibition. I've seen some come through the shop on occasion. Does anyone know of a source? Noah Scott Seman Violins
Brad Dorsey
A few years ago, Fred Carpenter at The Violin Shop in Nashville, Tennessee, was selling some nice ones that he was having made for him. I don't know if he still sells them, but you could try contacting him. http://theviolinshop.com/index.php
arglebargle
I have a case that holds over 12 violins from these people. A little pricey, but well made.
Michael Richwine
I have three that we had made in China. I use them at festivals. The case itself is pretty light weight, but the interior is well padded and secure. They hold seven violins plus a number of bows. I'm about to order some more. I don't know whether they'll make larger ones, but I imagine they would. The cases that hold 7 are about 31 x 26 x 10 inches.

Not sure about cases, but he's great to deal with and has done some repairs on my fiddle before.
