"Old" violin

So I'm looking on Craigslist for a violin I can practice repairs on, and I come across this:

As far as I can tell, there is no fingerboard, bridge, or strings. I have all of these things already. I'm just wondering, what do you all think would be a good price to offer for this? I sent an e-mail asking about the missing parts as well as if there's a label.

Thanks!

You or anyone, for that matter, know anything about the violin. A price of $25 is seems to be adequate.

You may say further that you could intertain a counter offer to keep the deal going.

I have bought old violins from $150 to $1200. Many are good finds. I have been having fun to play with.

Alrighty, yeah. I figured it was something cheap. Though, he says that it is at least fifty years old and was found in his grandfather's attic, so it *might* be a decent find, though unlikely. If i got it, I would only be planning to use it for practicing repairs on and such, not for giving concerts. :P
