I wonder how many violin makers are ambidextrous?

I didn't clearly get the name of the Los Angeles maker. Can you provide it?

I suspect most makers are, by necessity ambidextrous. Repetitive work such as planing, hollowing fatigues most mortals like myself (David B's an exception) so using the non dominant hand becomes natural.
