Anyone know about Robert Childs violins?

I stumbled across a group called Childsplay on the internet. I am a fiddler. After looking around on that website, I found some information about the maker, Robert Childs in Cambridge, MA.

I did a search on here and did not turn up anything.

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with this maker?

he is probably unique among makers in that he has a devoted group of traditional musicians playing his instruments, who collectively have formed a distinquished orchestra. I have three Childsplay CD's , and they play international folk and traditional music, mostly dance. Among the musicians are Matt Glasser, Chairman of the strings Dept at Berklee music, and Mary Lea, My favorite fiddler.
