Michelmann's opaque(?)varnish

I tried a few times to make varnish with Michelmann's receipe,it always turned out completely opaque.

Does anyone have any idea on the subject?

Can you give me the receipt? i only by my varnish ready for use, thougt it was difficult to make my own,

(but i dont have an answer why it is opaque.)
