Gloria
Hi everyone, This "violin" is up for auction on eBay. I actually already bid on it because the price was decent, and I think it's cool even though I have no idea what it is. Does anyone have any idea what it is or where it comes from? The link below should take you to the website, which has pictures. THANKS! -Gloria
Gloria
For some reason the link I posted didn't take the first time, so here goes again. Just in case the same thing happens, if you're really interested, you can type in the url manually; here it is: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?V...&item=164015988
Al Stancel
Hi Gloria: I have seen one not as fancy as this...it was African, one string...unusual sound. The one pictured is a work of art! Go for it, Al

A. Brown
It didn't sell earlier for $25,000 so it gets relisted at $250,000? http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?V...&item=156739277 That same violin, expired auction
victor
i emailed them asking if i could go see it, and they said to call and "make an appointment" instead of just telling me then when it'd be a good time to see it. too presumptuous! at least they're asking way too much for the violin and thus they're not going to rip off the poor innocent trusting buyer. -v
