Help ID a piece

This is a bit of a risky post since it's piano related, but I'm not sure it's frequented very often. This is a fairly recognizable piece, I'm sure many of you will remember it.

I've put the highest notes of the chords in the beginning - the rythm may be off though.

My first idea was Rachmaninoff, but then Chopin was a good possibility too.
