They were here in Muncie a few weeks ago. Not for purists, that's for sure, but it was a really fun show. My daughter's Suzuki group was asked to play in the lobby before the show, and the teacher asked me to play also, so I made my public violin debut- I don't take lessons from her instructor, but she asked me to join along to make another adult beginner she teaches more comfortable.

My daughter loved the show, and got some autographs afterwards. She really liked the faster jazzier tunes. I had heard of the guy that plays mandolin also, and was impressed by his playing. I would liked to have talked to him after the show, but we just had adopted a newborn baby boy the week before, and had to get back home to him.....
