Dear fubbi2,

to stop the confusion: I am German and I think I know what "pregnant" means in this circumstance.

The ad was "historicalpregnant", a funny word. In German there is "geschichtsträchtig" which is used mainly for locations in which history was done or in which history is still alive. Things like that ...

The word consists of two words (that's normal in German): "geschichts..." (that means "historical(ly)") and "trächtig" (that means "pregnant" when used as single word).

So in summary: historicalpregnant = historically remarkable
