Good afternoon group, I'm a happy Pedi case owner. I'm a bit worried about the fact that when I close the case one of the bow holders is touching my Guarneri-type chinrest putting a bit of pressure on its slightly elevated edge. Is this a reason of concern?

I don't know if I can get this survey to work properly, but what the hey! Another case thread mentioned that we might only be repeating the manufacturer's ad copy when we give recommendations. So! Let's give our personal experiences instead! I was limited to three questions, so in the comments please add any other relevant information, such as your climate and how you use your case. I got a link to this video in my in-box from Dimitri Musafia this morning. He has always been very kind to me and has sent me updates and new parts to try from Cremona. There are some very nice views of Cremona in the sunshine and shows how things go together with his cases. There are lots of other cases and other very good hand made cases, but I do love Musafia cases and they are worth their price. He is making one for the big viola Mike Jones is building for me. I don't work for him or have any financial interest in his company, just a customer. DLB
