Nothing to with the topic. You mentioned CNC, I have one, me and my brother tried to make a violin on there he designed it for a month. But he didn't know much about violins then. Would you happen to have a violin model i can use for take two? I'm right now in middle of my first violin by hand. But it would be cool to make one one the CNC. Or to do the ruffing on it and then finish it by hand.

I'm still a beginner maker. Cleats are the things you use to close in a crack? If yes, i didn't see any.

Hi, thanks for that! Btw I forgot to say that I saw a tiny label sticking out from under the original label on top. so I gently lifted the label and under it said made in Germany! I'm curious if you did that, if you would have the same thing! From when do you think the are from? I was told 1920 but it doesn't say anything.

Hey, nothing to do with the conversation. I recently saw a video of you fitting the bass bar, first of all you work is beautiful and perfect. I saw that you put some air on the chalk (or maybe it was something else) what is the reasoning of that? And do you have any tips for putting on the bass bar?

That's pretty interesting. I never thought about how they did it then!
