  3. We have answered your questions about our rental programme and possible "rent to own" offers in your second post. Thank you for asking.
  4. Our rental offers are indeed "rent to own" offers, of course, we will be crediting a maximum of 24 monthly rates towards a purchase (excl. VAT and insurance). If you need further information on our rental programme, please contact us by email.
  5. Exactly! Our main difficulties are: -Insurance (flexibility and cost) -Trust Maggini Stiftung in Switzerland does rentals only for professionals and they request a letter of recommendation by a professor. We are thinking of collecting an initial deposit payment like we do when we hand out instruments for home trials to customers visiting our shop.
  6. Hi, With a fingerboard projection of 29.5 at bridge position you would have a lot of wood above the heart with a normal heart bridge. But you say you have little wood above the heart. FB projection of 27 would use the normal heart bridge. You might want to measure your prospective bridge height at the highest point of the curve. This should be around 33-35 Regards,
  7. We have sold a JG Hamm violin some time ago. I am afraid that this one has nothing to do with Hamm at all: http://www.corilon.com/shop/en/item1341_1.html Neither with Ficker: http://www.corilon.com/shop/en/item1438_1.html You might want to continue your research in the direction Schuster or Reichel and try to collect more information. Greetings
  8. It might rather be Schuster, or perhaps Reichel. This is just a very quick idea and thread contribution, based on the photos you provided. Have a good day
  9. Hello, It is a nice violin of Saxony, c1800 or a bit earlier. You can read more on violin making in "German Cremona" here: http://www.corilon.com/shop/en/info/markneukirchen.html Kind regards,
