Description: A good Italian Violin bearing the makers signed dated label stating: Leandro Bisiach della Scuola Cremonese fece in Milano 1896 Piazza del Duomo. The handsome carefully chosen two-piece back of matched narrow almost horizontal curl, ribs and scroll of similar figure, table of narrow to medium open grain, the lightly craquelled varnish of an orange brown colour on a golden brown ground, a good example in immediate playing condition.
